While on the Medifast plan, I’m required to cook myself one Lean and Green meal each evening for dinner. I’m always on the hunt for delicious meals that fit the lean and green description to help me stay on track and follow my plan while also enjoying tasty meals that don’t feel like diet food. If you’re on Medifast and need to refresh your dinner-time menu, this list will be a great resource for you to refer back to each week. If you’re not on Medifast, try these healthy recipes in place of a usual dinner for a more healthful option that’s just as delicious.

    I didn’t realize that quinoa was on plan….I would think it would be too high in carbs but maybe not?

      Quinoa is not on plan. Although a great source for the 3:3 plan not if you are doing the 5:1 plan.
