Instructions
Melt butter in a large skillet or pan. Season the chicken with the salt, pepper, and italian seasoning. Sear chicken in the butter for 2-3 minutes per side (chicken does not need to be cooked through yet). Transfer chicken to a plate.
To the skillet add rice, chicken broth, lemon zest, lemon juice, italian seasoning, and chicken bouillon. Place the chicken on top, cover and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
