Alright, I know this feels very 2018 Pinterest-y, but hear me out! My kiddos love over-the-top themed holiday treats, and they’ve always been a fun part of our family culture. So, with St. Patrick’s Day around the corner, I have to share these fun and festive Leprechaun Floats!
Bright green, fizzy, and creamy, these floats are a super easy way to add a little magic to the holiday. Whether you’re making a special after-school treat or setting up a dessert bar for a St. Paddy’s Day party, they bring all the festive vibes with almost no effort.
Why I Love Making Leprechaun Floats

There is something about low-effort, high-impact treats that I can’t resist, and Leprechaun Floats fit the bill perfectly. No baking, no complicated prep, just a quick and fun drink that looks as festive as it tastes.
Even better, these floats are completely customizable. Switch up the flavors, add fun toppings, or make a dairy-free version for guests with dietary restrictions. These are also a tradition my kids (even my teenagers!) genuinely look forward to. Over the years, I’ve realized that celebrations don’t have to be elaborate to be meaningful. Sometimes, the simplest things (like whipping up a quick themed drink) become the traditions my kids cherish the most.
Creative Ways to Serve Leprechaun Floats

Looking for a way to make these even more fun? Try one of these ideas:
Mini Floats for Little Hands: Use small cups or mason jars for individual servings.
Dessert Bar Style: Set out toppings like sprinkles, whipped cream, and gold candy for a DIY float station.
Party-Ready Presentation: Serve in clear cups with green paper straws for extra festive flair.
