My Grandma Sanford is the person who kindled my love for cooking. She was always in the kitchen cooking or baking or whipping up a pickle tray when unexpected company dropped by. One of her most beloved treats was her No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies.
These cookies became a family staple. My brother even requested them as his most-wanted treat when he graduated from Marine Corps boot camp. And when I was pregnant with my daughter, Grandma mailed me a shoebox full because I hadn’t yet mastered making them myself, but I was desperately craving their chocolatey-peanut buttery goodness.

Rich & Fudgy – The perfect balance of chocolate, peanut butter, and oats.
Minimal Ingredients – Made with pantry staples like sugar, cocoa, butter, and oats.
Perfect for Any Occasion – Great for holidays, after-school snacks, or satisfying a late-night craving.
The Secret to Perfect No Bake Cookies

Don’t be intimidated! I used to think there was some complicated culinary trick to getting these cookies to set correctly, but it turns out, the secret is simple:
✅ Boil the wet ingredients for exactly one minute at a rolling boil—this ensures the cookies set with a perfect, fudge-like consistency.
Skipping this step or boiling for too long can result in cookies that are either too soft or too crumbly. Follow this tip, and you’ll have perfectly set, chewy, and delicious cookies every time!
